Our Philosophy

What is a cooperative preschool?

Participating in the Strongsville Co-Op preschool allows you to observe the growth and development of your child in a school setting.

You have a unique opportunity to be an integral part of your child’s preschool experience.

Parent participation is required as a member of the governing board or on a standing committee. Standing committees allow the members to share in the smooth operation of the preschool.

Parents also get to accompany their children on field trips to local attractions, typically two to four times per year.

Additionally, parents are responsible for attending general meetings of the preschool (generally, two per year), paying tuition promptly, and participating in cleaning parties (usually once per year).
